I am the newest addition to the leadership of Shoreline CRC. I graduated in May '24 from Trinity Christian College, located in Palos Height, IL, with a degree in Theology and Worship. I am a new member of the PNW and love to spend my free time exploring the outdoors, thrifting, and watching all sorts of movies. I have a heart for worship and outreach and am excited to witness God move in Shoreline CRC and throughout the greater Seattle area! I have been going to this church for 66 years and love this community that has loved me back. My wife Debbie and I were married here 48 years ago and raised our four children here as well. We spend a good part of our time being with our kids, 12 grandchildren, and several foster grandchildren as they come and go. I have worked around the facilities for years and look forward to this new position and its opportunities.

I have been coming to the Shoreline CRC parking lot for 41 years. For the first 38 of those, I was the first-grade teacher at Shoreline Christian School. Now, I’ve transitioned to the position of Office Administrator at the church. My husband Jay and I have been church members since we married here in 1986. Our daughters Katie and Mandy grew up in this church. I was raised in small-town Iowa. I love the sense of community that I find at Shoreline CRC. This place is my chosen family. I’m enjoying the new adventure of serving in this capacity.
ELDERS & DEACONS
The church is also overseen by caring and dedicated volunteer men and women. Our Elders focus on the spiritual life of the congregation, in partnership with the Pastor. Our Deacons are dedicated to helping those in our church and community when they encounter a difficult time in their lives. Together, they work hard to see that the life of the church grows and matures.
